Signed by the author in black ink on the title page. Christmas tale by the artist who is probably best known for his Book of Mormon illustrations and his work with Cecil B. DeMille. Arnold Friberg met Cecil B. DeMille after the later had searched for sometime to find an artist with "the rare talent and inner vision to set down in paint, all of the power, the color, the human drama." Arnold Friberg was the chief artist (largely uncredited) and designer for the Hollywood classic "The Ten Commandments". Friberg was nominated for an Oscar for his work in the costume designs. After their work together on "The Ten Commandments" they would remain close friends.
