623pp. Octavo 22 cm] Green cloth with decorative gilt and blind stamping to boards. Illustrated. Fair condition only. The covers are rubbed. The cloth at the spine end is frayed. There is a 1 and 1/2 inch split in the cloth of the front joint. The back cover has a couple very small stains. The underlying boards are exposed at the corners. The front hinge is broken, and the text block is coming away from the covers. The rear flyleaf has been torn out, and there is a small hole in the rear free endsheet. The underlying threads are visible in the inside margins of many of the pages.
