Philadelphia: Leon Hyneman, 1852. Original edition. Leather bound. 208pp. Folio [41.5 cm] 3/4 red leather with red cloth covered boards. Good condition only. Ex-library. The front cover is partially detached. The covers are heavily rubbed. The underlying boards are exposed occasionally along the edges. There is a 1 inch loss from the leather at the foot of the spine. The leather backstrip is coming away from the spine at the head. Paper library label on the spine. There is a Library of Congress bookplate on the front pastedown, and there is an ink stamp on the front flyleaf. The cloth re-enforcing the inside margins of the pages at the beginning and the end of the text is foxed. The frontispiece is detached, but present. The bottom corners and edges of the pages have occasional large light moisture stains. There is a small loss from the bottom corner of p. 47, obscuring the text a little. There is a closed tear in the bottom edge of page 207 that measures 3 andExtra charges apply on this item due to weight. 1/2 inches and has been covered with tape. There may be a couple of library stamps in the text. The pages are mildly browned. Item #26909
