Salt Lake City: Published by the General Board, 1897-1898. Leather bound. Very thick octavo [22.5 cm] 3/4 black leather with black pebbled cloth covered boards. Good only. The covers are heavily rubbed and gently bowed. The underlying boards are exposed at the bottom corner of the front cover. There are numerous small stains on the covers, and there is a large stain on the rear board. This stain measures 4 inches tall by 2 inches wide. The edges of the text block are slightly scratched and and have numerous small light stains. There are light scribbles on the bottom edge of the text block. Sheets of paper with a previous owner's notes have been mounted to the pastedowns. The front endsheet is cracked along the hinge, and the underlying cords are visible. The rear endsheet is partially cracked along the hinge. The rear endsheet also has scribbles and a large dark patch. The pages are mildly browned. Flake: 4212. Item #27369
