SIGNED. 287pp. Octavo [23.5 cm] Dark green leather with raised bands, a gilt stamped title on the spine, and gilt stamped designs on the spine and covers. All edges gilt. Orange moire endsheets. Very good. There are four barely perceptible small stains on the fore edge of the front cover. The gilt stamped edges are just a little scratched.
Signed by Vonnegut on the edition page. With the certificate of authenticity and a note about the book laid in. Kurt Vonnegut mixed satiric social commentary and black comedy with surrealist and science fictional elements. His most famous works are Player Piano (1952), Cat's Cradle (1963), Slaughterhouse-Five (1969; film, 1972), and Breakfast of Champions (1973).
