Leather bound. 375pp. Quarto [26 cm] Full light brown leather with red and black gilt stamped leather spine labels. Good only. Ex-library. The covers are rubbed, scratched and heavily stained. The covers are ever so slightly concave. The rear board has large faded strips and a small ink stamp. There is a 1 inch crack in the front joint at the head of the spine. There is a 1/4 inch loss from the leather at the foot of the spine. The underlying boards are exposed at the corners. Minor spine slant. There are multiple very tiny stains on the fore edge and bottom edge of the text block. There are a couple of notations and numerous ink stamps on the endsheets. The text block is cracked at the beginning and end. The pages are mildly browned. There are very occasional library stamps on the pages. Item #28688
