Thin quarto [33 cm] Gray decorative paper covered boards with a black ink stamped title on the spine. Good only. The covers are concave and gently rubbed. There are a couple of abraded patches on the the front board. The underlying boards are exposed occasionally along the edges. There are losses from the paper at the ends of the spine. The larger loss measures 1/4 inch wide by 1/2 inch deep. There are numerous splits in the boards at the ends of the spine along the joints. The longer splits are 1 inch long. The pages are very mildly browned. The book is sturdy. Internally very nice.
Number 1078 of 1500 copies. Birger Sandzen produced most of his work while employed as an art professor at the Bethany College, Lindsborg, Kansas.
