The largest stain on the front wrap measures 4 inches tall by 1 and 1/2 inches wide. There is a brief notation on the front wrap. There is a thin 2 inch long moisture stain on the fore edge of the text block. One of the pages has minor markings in pen. The majority of the pages are very clean. Item #31087
