The edges of the first page are chipped, and the edges also have 5 or 6 small closed tears. The longest closed tear measures 1 inch long. There is a tiny numerical notation on this page as well. Subtly yellowed pages. There are a couple of small stains on p. 34, else the pages are clean. Fragile. Item #32233
