Watkins Printing, 1998. Hardcover. 527pp. Quarto [28.5 cm] Dark red cloth covered boards with gilt stamped titles on the backstrip and front cover. Good. The extremities are gently bumped, and the edges of the text block are subtly stained. The text block is fragile in many places, and the threads are visible in the inside margins. Very occasional brief highlighting throughout the pages. There is a brief notation in pen on the verso of the last index page. The dust jacket is heavily worn, with numerous pieces of tape along the torn edges. Also rubbed, rippled and creased. May require extra postage due to weight. Item #33240
