First Edition. 263pp. Oblong quarto [23.5 cm by 29 cm] 1/2 gray cloth with light red cloth covered boards, a black ink stamped title on the spine, and a decorative red ink stamped title on the front cover. Includes a bibliography and an index. Very good. The edges of the spine and covers are ever so slightly rubbed and faded. In a very good dust jacket. The rear panel is mildly stained. The edges are a little creased and chipped. There are also 5 closed tears in the edges. The longest closed tear measures just over 1 inch long. Item #33496

Inscribed by the author in black ink on the verso of the front free endsheet. The mining moguls, business barons and territorial titans of Utah built mansions along Brigham Street (now South Temple) in the late 1800's. This profusely illustrated volume contains the rich histories of these grand homes.
