248pp. Octavo [19 cm] Red cloth covered boards with a black ink stamped title on the spine. Very good. The extremities are gently bumped and rubbed. The endsheets have large areas of darkening. The bottom edge of the text block is a little scratched. Browned pages. The dust jacket is in very good condition, with light rubbing. Browned, more so at the spine. The edges are slightly chipped, and have numerous closed tears. The longest closed tear is 1 inch long. The rear panel has minor soiling.

The Utah artist, John Held Jr., was one of the best known magazine illustrators of the 1920s, and his designs for F. Scott Fitzgerald jackets became icons of the Jazz Age.
