380pp. Octavo [20 cm] Yellow cloth covered boards with white lettering on the spine and front cover, and decorative orange and black ink stamping on the front cover. Frontispiece illustration of Philip D. Armour. Illustrated. Good only. Light rubbing and bumping to the extremities. Slight spine slant. The title on the spine has faded. There are multiple small stains on the spine and covers. The largest stain measures roughly 1 inch in diameter. The bottom edge of the text block is mildly damp stained. The rear hinge has been taped, and there is an old price notation on the rear pastedown. There is a small loss from the fore edge of the frontispiece tissue guard. The text block is cracked several times.
