288; 24pp. Duodecimo [19.5 cm] Teal blue cloth covered boards with a black ink stamped title and double ruled lines on the spine, and blind ruled borders on the front cover. Good only. The extremities are rubbed, and the spine ends and corners of the covers are bumped. There are several stains on the front cover. The largest stain is thin, and measures 2 inches tall. The hinges are weak. This copy has a "With the publisher's compliments" stamp on the title page, and there is a bookseller's stamp on the front pastedown. The free endsheets are darkened, and discolored. There are damp stains in the top margins of the advertisement pages at the rear. The text block is cracked multiple times. The pages are toned.
