Two pages of foreign news, including a report on the Nazi Government ending diplomatic relations with the Soviet Union and a propaganda speech by Josef Goebbels were "he declared it was impossible to say when the colonial questions would be solved but predicted that the Nazi's would find some solution". A news item from Budapest reports that the Hungarian Parliament will be asked to pass a new law restricting the employment of Jews. Also includes a report of the The Battle of Tai'erzhuang, and an item on Franco's was in Spain. Followed by two pages of Domestic news, including items on Al Capone, the sentencing of thirty-one people in an "alcohol ring", baseball scores, and several reports from Washing on the doings of the Government in regards to combatting the Depression. The final page is stock report including closing prices. Uncommon ephemera for a radio report aboard the USS Utah. The USS Utah was sunk in the bombing of Pearl Harbor.
