256pp. Duodecimo [19 cm] Red cloth over boards with gilt and blind stamped titles and ornamental patterns on the spine and front cover. With a frontispiece illustration and an illustration at p. 241 by Maurice Greiffenhagen. Good. The spine and covers are mildly rubbed and bumped. There are numerous very small stains on the edges of the text block. The endsheets are cracked along the hinges. There is a gift inscription on the front free endsheet, and the edges of the free endsheets are chipped. The pages are tanned, and the text block is cracked here and there.
