300pp. Octavo [21.5 cm] Green cloth covered boards with black ink stamping on the spine. Publisher's orange top stain. Good only. The spine and large areas of the boards are extremely faded. The dust jacket is in very good condition, with subtle rubbing and soiling, and chipping to the edges. There is a small loss from the paper at the head of the jacket's spine, measuring 1 and 1/4" wide by 1/2" deep. From the collection of Berkeley book collector and letter press printer, John Ruyle.
