Anders Pedersen, or Andrew Peterson, was the second bishop of Fairview, Utah. He converted to Mormonism in 1852 and emigrated from Denmark to the United States. His wife died on the plains of Kansas, before he arrived in Utah in 1854 in Captain H. P. Olsen's company.
