166pp. Duodecimo [19.5 cm] Dark blue cloth with gilt stamped titles on the spine and front cover, and a gilt stamped musical vignette within a circle on the front cover. Top edge trimmed; other edges deckled. Very good condition. The extremities are just a trifle rubbed. The spine is ever so slightly faded. The pages are age-toned, and have very sporadic light soiling. Ex-libris bookseller and publisher of fantasy, Kenneth J. Krueger, with his bookplate on the front free endpaper.
