318pp. Duodecimo [19 cm] Red cloth over boards, lettered in gilt, and pictorially stamped in black on the spine and front cover. Brown endpapers. Good plus. Mildly bumped and rubbed along the edges of the spine and covers. The covers are a trifle stained, the spine is slightly faded, and there are a number of short splits in the cloth at the ends of the spine. The endpapers have large stains along the hinges. There is a contemporary gift inscription on the front flyleaf, and the first flyleaf is missing. From the collection of Berkeley book collector and letter press printer, John Ruyle, with his notes in pencil on the second front fly leaf.
