Each of the three parts (meant to be joined together to make one large poster) measures approximately 28" x 42 1/4", making the overall size when joined 84" x 42 1/4". Inside the bottom border at lower left is the printer's imprint: "Holly Press [union label] 66 First St., Portland. Black bold lettering and border against a tan colored background. Very good condition. The fold marks are visible, and there is some offsetting from the ink which occurred at the time of the original printing and folding. There are several edge tears at the folds beyond the borders.
The type face, in addition to the fact that the volcano Kilauea was erupting frequently in the 1910s and 20s, suggests that this poster was produced circa 1920-1925.
