321pp. Duodecimo [19 cm] Orange cloth with the title and author stamped in green on the backstrip and front board. Very good. Very light soiling to the extremities. The spine is mildly sloped, and the edges of the spine and covers are moderately rubbed and bumped. There is a thin, 3/4" tear in the cloth near the foot of the spine. The edges of the text block are lightly foxed. There is a previous owner's name in pencil on the front pastedown, there is a small red dot sticker on the front free endsheet, and the rear pastedown has a seller's small label.

Irish author, Henry de Vere Stacpoole also wrote The Island of Lost Women. This novel involves a regressive journey and incorporates the theme of dual personality.
