218pp. Small octavo [19.5 cm] Yellow paper covered boards with a brown ink stamped title and brown ink stamped spade, clover, diamond and heart designs on the spine and front cover. Very good. The edges of the covers are gently bumped and rubbed. The spine is rolled. The top edge of the text block is slightly foxed. The dust jacket, designed by James Dwyer, is in very good condition, with subtle age-toning and a number of small losses from the edges. Price of $2.50 intact.
