239pp. Quarto [30.5 cm] White cloth over boards with the title stamped in silver on the spine, and a silver and black illustrated paper label mounted to the front cover. Plum-colored endpapers. Very good. The spine and covers are just a little darkened at the edges. In a very good dust jacket, with rubbing and scratching on the surface.
