SIGNED. 254pp. Octavo [21 cm] 1/2 salmon-colored cloth with brown patterned paper over boards, a brown ink stamped title on the spine, and a small vignette in brown on the front cover. Very good. The spine is rolled, and the spine ends and edges of the covers are mildly bumped and rubbed. In a rough dust jacket, with losses from the edges, and multiple pieces of tape over tears. The front inside flap is missing. There is a small scribble on the front panel.
Signed by William Eastlake on the front free endpaper. Eastlake was particularly known for his writings on the American West, such as Go in Beauty, Portrait of an Artist with Twenty-Six Horses, and Dancers in the Scalp House.
