Three volumes. 496, 507, 500 pp. Octavo [22 cm]; original full leather bindings with blind stamped borders to front and rear boards, five raised bands, leather labels with gilt stamped titles on backstrips. All edges marbled. Bookplates neatly attached to the front pastedown of each volume, small booksellers plate in volume one. Minor sporadic foxing throughout. Front and rear boards of volume one are cleanly detached along hinge (both still present). Some minor bumping, rubbing at edges and corners. An attractive and clean set.
