254pp. Octavo [21 cm] Green paper over boards with a pale blue ink stamped title on the spine, and the publisher's device stamped in pale blue on the bottom fore edge corner of the front cover. Very good. The boards are very gently bowed, the spine ends are a little bumped, and the pages are age-toned. There is a contemporary gift inscription on the front free endsheet. With the dust jacket, designed by Adler and Lubalin, in very good condition, with light rubbing, and intermittent short closed and open tears in the edges. There is an old price sticker on the front inside flap. Despite these flaws, the jacket is still very attractive.
A Tower Mystery, and a story of murder against a weird tropical background, from the author of Blood on Lake Louisa.
