Pages 641-647 contains the short illustrated work, titled 'Peep at the Mormons'. This is an unflattering work that treads the usual ground (Golden Bible, Polygamy, Mountain Meadows) of the day. Contains five really nice engravings titled: 'John Taylor, President of the Mormon Twelve Apostles'; 'Mormon Emigrants Arriving at Castle Garden, New York.'; 'Entrance into Mormondom - Echo City, on the Weber River'; 'A Mormon Baptism'; 'Some of Brigham Young's Residences in Salt Lake City'.
