SIGNED. Octavo [21 cm] Olive green cloth spine and boards. Sky blue endpapers. Unpaginated, but 35 numbered poems. Near fine, with light rubbing at the spine ends and corners of the covers. The dust jacket is in very good condition, with age-toning, light creasing and heavy fading to the jacket's spine, and the surrounding areas on the front panel. The edges have sporadic closed and open tears. A couple of the tears have been taped. The deepest tear is closed, and measures just over 1" long.
May Swenson, a Utah native, has been the recipient of a Rockefeller Grant, and received the Robert Frost Fellowship in Poetry in 1957. Inscribed by Swenson on the front free endpaper.
