"Lying on the floor in an office of the publisher, I'm flyin high on adrenaline, excitement, no sleep, rock music and pot. Using what I can find lying around, I write out every word by hand. The book is drawn and sung as much as it is written in an attempt to recapture the mess that was up in WOODSTOCK and out there in the PIG NATION. I also try to open the door to the mess that is in my head and yours. The medium is the mess."
