285pp. Quarto [27 cm] Blue cloth over boards with a silver stamped title on the spine. Very good, with a slight lean to the spine. The dust jacket is in very good condition, with fading at the jacket's spine, and along the edges and folds.
Bolton Brown wrote "Lithography for Artists," published in 1930, and considered the standard work on artist's lithography for over 40 years. In addition, he became a master craftsman in the art of crayonstone, although he died unrecognized and in poverty.
