SIGNED. 175pp. Octavo [22 cm] Orange cloth boards with gilt lettering on the front board and spine. Very good. Newspaper clipping tipped in opposite the title page. In a good plus dust jacket, with numerous closed and open tears along the edges and folds. A 3" closed tear in the top edge of the front panel has been covered with tape.

A book depicting the pioneer life of the early settlers of Jackson Hole, Wyoming, continuing through the establishment in 1912 of the Jackson Hole Elk Refuge. Inscribed by the author to Montana historian, Ellery Christian, whose address label is on the front pastedown.
