A catalogue for an exhibition held at Nora Eccles Harrison Museum of Art, January 10 - March 6, 1988, on occasion of the centennial of Utah State University. From the Introduction- "Franklin D. Roosevelt established the Resettlement Administration (RA) by Executive Order on April 30, 1935. In the ensuing decade, the RA and its successor, the Farm Security Administration (FSA), addressed the plight of the rural poor... One of the most far-reaching achievements of the two agencies was their documentary photographic project."
