The North twenty-first Ward Relief Society history, Part I, was compiled by Lucile Williams for a special program held March 13, 1967, commemorating the 125th Anniversary of the organization of the Relief Society. As part of the 1980 Sesquicentennial activities of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, it was thought appropriate to compile Part II to the Twenty-first North Ward Relief Society history. This was done as a token of our appreciation for the service of all those who have served in Relief Society in our ward. It was prepared for distribution for the 139th Anniversary of Relief Society at the Twenty-first North Ward Luncheon and Program held March 7, 1981." - Introduction
