78pp. Octavo [22 cm] Original plain brown wraps, with a sewn binding. With six pages of Longman, Hurst, Rees, Orme, and Brown adverts dated May, 1816, and four pages of adverts for Mr. Murray dated November, 1816. Also with "Prospectus of A General History of the County of York" by Thomas Dunham Whitaker. Fair. The text block is nearly completely split in half, and is holding together by just one thread. The pages near the beginning are foxed, and several are heavily darkened, and have large tide marks and damp stains.
