The book is in very good condition, with minimal rubbing at the spine ends and corners of the covers, and a short, thin loss from the paper along the bottom edge of the rear board. The frontispiece is slightly offset on the title page. In a very good dust jacket, with mild yellowing, and intermittent small closed tears and chips in the edges. Dance 039.
A book which develops the author's ideas of the first principles in human nature. Rather than holding onto the philosophy of hopelessness before universal forces, he presents a belief in the definite factors that keep one in touch with the unchanging goodness of earth.
