634pp. Very thick quarto [29 cm] Olive green cloth covered boards with a gilt stamped title on the spine, and a gilt stamped vignette on the front cover. Rebacked, with new brown cloth visible beneath at spine tips to a depth of about 1/4", corners bumped and lightly exposed, rubbing to extremities, spine gilt darkened; ink name and stamp on front free endpaper; interior is unmarked. B&W and color plates.
