18-volume uniform set, complete. Duodecimo [17 cm] in half light brown calf over marbled boards, with decorative gilt-stamped spine, raised spine bands, red and green morocco spine labels, all edges marbled, marbled endpapers. Spines darkened and lightly to moderately scuffed, all spine labels bright and intact; extremities rubbed, else very light wear; marbling rich and bright; paper name label on front pastedown of each volume, some foxing to front matter, else interiors are unmarked. Two volumes of Miscellany are labelled incorrectly (see below), but unobtrusively so. Light mustiness.Attractive set.
