The edges of the covers are gently bumped. The spines are slightly faded. The front cover of volume 2 is heavily sun faded. The front endsheets have a former owner's name in pen. There is a previous owner's ink stamp on the half title page of volume 1. There may be very occasional minor hatching in pencil throughout the pages. Item #20025
