Very good condition. The edges of the covers are rubbed. The underlying board are just barely peeking through at the corners. There are library stamps on the edges of the text block. The front pastedown is slightly abraded and has a library label. There are blind stamps on the free endsheets. There is a 3 and 1/2 inch split in the front endsheet along the hinge. The pages are mildly yellowed, but very clean. The bottom edges of the pages at the end of the text are very subtly moisture stained. Item #25068
