The edges of the covers are gently bumped and rubbed. The edges of the text block, and the endsheets are lightly foxed. The text block is cracked at the title page. The frontispiece page and the title page are foxed. The pages are mildly browned. There are occasional very light stains on the pages. The dust jacket is in fair condition only. There are numerous large losses from the edges. The largest loss is from the paper at the foot of the spine. This loss measures 1 and 1/2 inches wide by 2 inches deep. There is a 5 inch long closed tear in the paper of the spine. The jacket is also heavily rubbed, creased and chipped, and lightly soiled and foxed. Item #27140
