Gilt stamped title on backstrip. Fair condition only. The spine and covers are subtly darkened, rubbed and soiled. The spine ends and corners of the covers are bumped. The underlying boards are exposed occasionally along the edges. There are two small losses from the top edge of the rear board. The losses measure about 2 inches wide by under 1/4 inch deep. The edges of the text block are slightly foxed. There is a discolored patch on the spine that measures inch deep by 1/2 inch wide. The pages are browned. The text block is cracked multiple times.
