The edges of the spine and covers are bumped and heavily rubbed. The edges of the covers are also a bit stained and faded. There are numerous barely perceptible stains on the covers, and there are a multitude of very small light stains along the edges of the text block, particularly the top edge. The underlying boards are exposed in a couple of places along the bottom edges of the covers. Library numbers on the spine. The spine is slightly rolled. The rear free endsheet has been torn out. There is a library label on the verso of the front free endsheet. here is a blind stamp on the title page. There is a small ink stamp on the last page. The pages are yellowed. Several pages have small light stains. The dust jacket is in good condition. Heavily rubbed and lightly stained. There are 4 or so pieces of tape along the edges and across the paper of the spine. The edges are creased and have multiple small losses. A square patch has been cut from the paper of the spine, perhaps the result of a library label having been removed.
