Colorado Springs: The Denton Printing Co. 1938. Hardcover. SIGNED. 269pp. Octavo [20 cm] Blue cloth covered boards with gilt stamped titles on the spine and front cover. Good. The front cover is subtly damp stained, and the spine has a more prominent damp stain that measures 2 inches tall by 1/2 inch wide. The front cover is slightly concave. The edges of the spine and covers are gently bumped and rubbed. There are a multitude of very small stains on the edges of the text block. The pages are subtly yellowed, but very clean. The dust jacket is in good condition only. Darkened at the extremities. Lightly soiled. The edges are slightly chipped, and have five small closed tears. The longest closed tear measures just under 1 inch long. There is a moisture stain that extends across the entire bottom edge of the jacket. The stain measures 1/2 inch deep. In addition, there is a light moisture stain on the front panel that measures 4 inches tall by 1 inch wide. There are also numerous smaller stains on the jacket. Item #30045
