This is a Spokane production. Most of the photographs represented here were taken by Spokane photographer, Mr. Frank Palmer. According to page 2, "Col. John De Witt, formerly Musical Editor of the American Press Association of New York, was the first man to put a music page in the newspapers of the United States and Canada."
