Illustrated endsheets. Surrounding pages illustrated as well. Very good. The extremities are gently bumped. Very minor spine lean. There are several dark thin stains on the fore edge of the text block. The fore edges of the first ten or so pages have thin dark stains. The pages are slightly yellowed. In a good only dust jacket. Mildly age-toned, and ever so slightly soiled. There is an abraded patch at the head of the spine, that measures roughly 3/4 of an inch in diameter. The title on the spine is just a little faded. There are numerous small losses from the paper at the spine ends and corners. The largest loss is from the paper at the head of the spine. This loss measures 1 inch wide by 1/4 inch deep. The edges are also creased and have several small closed tears. The longest closed tear is 1 inch long. The price has been torn out of the front inside flap. Item #31898
