The spine and covers have general mild soiling, age-toning and foxing. The spine and top edge of the text block are darkened. The extremities are gently bumped. Very minor spine slant. The front endsheet has a small sticker and stamp. There is a contemporary owner's notation on the front free endsheet. There is a small date in pen on the last page of the text, and there is a tiny ink stamp on the publisher's advertisement at the rear. The text block is just beginning to crack at p. 31.
