Plutarch's Moralia in Fifteen Volumes - Volume X (The Loeb Classical Library)

Cambridge: Harvard University Press, 1960. Reprint. Hardcover. 490; 8pp. Duodecimo [16.5 cm] Olive green cloth covered boards with a gilt stamped title on the spine. Very good. The edges of the spine and covers are rubbed and gently bumped. There is a small light stain along the front joint. The spine is just a little bit rolled back. The dust jacket is in good condition only. The spine and edges are subtly darkened. The edges are heavily chipped, and have numerous closed and open tears. The majority of the tearing is to the paper at the ends of the spine. The longest closed tear is jagged, and measures 1 and 1/2 inches long. The largest open tear is 1/2 of an inch wide by 1/2 of an inch deep. There are a couple of small open tears in the surface of the jacket's spine, and along the rear fold of the inside flap.
