Illustrated endsheets. Very good. The edges of the text block are very lightly scratched and stained. There are several very faint smudge marks on the spine and front cover. Yellowed pages. In a very good dust jacket. Age-toned and subtly rubbed. The spine of the jacket is very darkened. The edges are lightly chipped and creased. The paper at the head of the spine is more heavily chipped and has a couple of short closed tears as well. The largest chip measures just under 1/2 of an inch wide by 1/4 inch deep.
