Kanda, Tokyo: The Hokuseido Press, 1932. First edition. Hardcover. 533pp. Octavo [23 cm] Dark green cloth covered boards with a gilt stamped title on the spine. Very good. Very minor bumping and rubbing to the extremities. Slight spine roll. The fore and bottom edges of the text block are very lightly soiled and foxed. There is a tiny stain on the front pastedown, and there is a bookseller's tiny label on the front free endsheet. Check marks in pencil on the contents pages, else the pages are clean. In a very good dust jacket. Darkened at the spine and along the folds. There are multiple small closed and open tears in the slightly creased edges. The largest open tears are 1/2 of an inch wide by 1/2 of an inch deep. The jacket is just a tiny bit soiled. Item #33391
